Mold
Strategic Environmental Testing of Tucson specializes in Mold Inspections, Mold Detection, and Mold Testing. We are certified in Commercial and Residential and conduct inspections both visually as well as with state-of-the-art equipment to determine areas in your home or business that may be conducive to mold growth. This allows us to obtain the correct samples whether it be Air, Swab, Tape Lift, or Bulk samples in the proper locations and provide the most accurate mold testing lab results. We send all our samples to a National Accredited Laboratory (NVLAP) for analysis for precise and accurate results with fast turnaround times, as soon as next day results. We are Certified in Mold Remediation however do not perform those services, thus there are no conflicts of interest.
Asbestos
Strategic Environmental Testing is an AHERA Certified Building Inspector with experience in asbestos identification, sampling and reporting. Asbestos can be found in many building materials such as concrete products, roofing felts and mastic, vinyl flooring and mastic, siding, adhesives, popcorn ceilings, drywall tape and compounds, and insulation’s to name a few. If a building product is not glass, metal or wood, it may be a ACM (asbestos containing material) We specialize in appropriate sampling plans and protocols both for Commercial and Residential. If you are doing any renovations, remodeling, or maintenance it is best to have the home or business tested if it was constructed before 1980, as building materials are present after asbestos was governed in 1978.
Lead
We are a EPA Certified company specializing in Lead detection and sampling. Lead in your home or business can have many adverse health effects. Most susceptible are Infants, Children and people with weakened immune systems. A single gram of lead can contaminate a large space or area in your home or business.
